How to book?
  1. Set the language of your device to English
  2. Select the Tour Date first, and then the Pickup and Drop off Location.
  3. Fill out the required information such as your Hotel/Resort and its Address. If you haven’t booked a hotel yet, you can write “none yet” or any message on this field and update us later.
  4. If you don’t have the List of Participants yet, you can write “N/A” or any message on this field.
  5. You need to Select the Number of Person to show the corresponding Price Per Person.
  6. Lastly, press the Book Now button to proceed to Cart Checkout.
  7. Fill out the information required on the payment gateway.

The price depends on the Pickup and Drop off Location, as well as your Group Size. The less time your trip takes, and the larger your group, the cheaper the price.

Whenever a customer pays for a good or service through credit card transactions or any other online payment, the business is charged a transaction fee. This transaction fee involves a payment made to multiple parties for using their platform and payment gateway. Transaction fees help cover the expenses of maintaining payment infrastructure, handling fraud protection and ensuring the smooth flow of funds during your transactions.

Missing order confirmations after payment are often caused by emails in spam folders, delayed processing, or technical glitches, requiring customers to check accounts for debits and contact support. Key steps include checking spam folders, verifying bank statements for charges, waiting up to an hour, and contacting the merchant.
  • Check Spam/Junk Folders: Emails often get filtered, especially in Gmail or Outlook.
  • Verify Payment: Check your bank or credit card statement to confirm if the money was debited.
  • Wait and Check Order History: Due to high volume, emails can be delayed. Log into the website to check if the order appears in your account’s order history.
  • Do Not Re-order Immediately: If money was not debited, the transaction likely failed.
  • Contact Customer Support: Provide the transaction date, exact amount, bank name, and payment method.

Yes, it’s ok as long as the drop off is on the way to the pickup location, otherwise you will be charged accordingly.
Kindly choose the farthest location upon booking, and enter the 2 hotels/resorts and the addresses in the Hotel and Address field. Example: Pickup at Radisson Blue, Cebu City and Drop off at Quo Vadis Dive Resort, Moalboal.

You’ll be given 30 minutes starting from the interaction area. You will pay an additional P500 if you’re a local tourist or P1,000 if you’re a foreigner if you want to extend by 30 minutes.

You have maximum of 1 hour or until you consumed the air in the tank

The maximum depth at the Oslob Whale Sharks interaction is 7 meters, with the Whale Sharks typically swimming at a depth of between 2m and the surface. The maximum depth for a non-licensed scuba diver is 6 meters (20 feet).

The camera can only be used for Whale Sharks and is not permitted for other activities since it belongs to Oslob Whale Sharks tour staff.

They’ll use an OTG adapter to transfer it to your cellphone. Make sure you have enough memory space

Sumilon Island Sand Bar Tour is limited to the public sandbar and marine sanctuary only. Food and drinks are not included but, you can buy and eat at the mainland. Sumilon Island Day Tour allows you to visit the private Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, which includes buffet lunch and drinks, use of Pulo swimming pool, private beach & access to Sand Bar.

The sandbar changes shapes and shift locations around the island, depending on the season, and it appears during low tide. It’s underwater during high tide.

Yes, we have lockers at our Canyoneering station in Badian

Yes, you can use it as long as you have a waterproof container

There are no lockers at Kawasan Falls, but we have lockers at our headquarters in Badian to keep your belongings safe before heading to the waterfalls.

You don’t have to take a boat since the sardines and sea turtles are close to the beach. You can rent a boat if you wish, allowing you to visit Pescador Island too.
