Days 2 and 3 can be swapped if necessary.
This schedule is subject to change depending on traffic, your pacing, and weather conditions on your tour date.
The final pickup time maybe changed during peak and monsoon seasons in which early pickup time is required.

• Gratuities (Giving a TIP is viewed as a sign of goodwill, especially if that person gave you excellent service)

What to bring

• Any Swimwear – swimsuit, shorts, rash guard, etc.
• Canyoneering Footwear – any non-slip footwear
  • Flip-Flops are not allowed
  • Sneakers, Running Shoes, Thick Aqua Shoes and Trekking Sandals are ideal. We can provide if you don’t have.
• Towel and Clothes to change
• Waterproof Camera / Cellphone in a waterproof pouch

Canyoneering Requirements

• Participants must be at least 3 feet / 91.44 cm tall, physically and medically fit
• This is not recommended to anyone with impaired physical mobility, medical condition such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• Kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Child Policy

• 3 years old & above (at least 3 feet / 91.44 cm tall) – Same price as adult and can join the canyoneering
• 3 years old & above (below 3 feet tall) – Less ₱1,200 – Cannot join the canyoneering. Go directly to Kawasan Falls together with a parent/guardian and a guide
• Below 3 years old – Free of charge but not included in the headcount

Unavailable Days

• Every 2nd Wednesday of the month
  • Tumalog Falls Cleanup – replace with Oslob Monkey Watching
• Every 3rd Wednesday of the month
  • Kawasan Canyoneering Cleanup – swap Days 1 & 2 activities
  • Sumilon Sandbar Cleanup – replace with Osmeña Peak

Refund Policy​

• No Sighting of the Whale Shark, Sardines and Sea Turtles during the tour is non-refundable.
• Whale Shark Watching Fee which is ₱500 for local tourists and ₱1,000 for foreign tourists is non-refundable once an Official Receipt has been issued.
• In the event that Whale Shark Watching is suspended due to inclement weather, or other environmental factors beyond our control, only the Whale Shark Watching Fee will be refunded. If you cancel the Whale Shark Watching before an Official Receipt is issued, only the Whale Shark Watching Fee will be refunded.
• Sumilon Sandbar fee is refundable if boat trips to the island are suspended due to inclement weather, or other environmental factors beyond our control.
• In the event that Snorkeling with the Sardines and Sea Turtles is suspended due to inclement weather, or other environmental factors beyond our control, only the snorkeling fee will be refunded.
• Kawasan Canyoneering fee is refundable if suspended due to inclement weather, or other environmental factors beyond our control.
• There will be no refund for any transportation that has already been used.
